i used to not be able to answer that question but i've been reading up on some truly EXCELLENT bkdk fics (SHOUT OUT MY GOAT SNAIUL ON A03!!!!) and i think i understand more now about why i love them so much. i truly believe katsuki and izuku are eachothers soulmates like they just gravitate to eachother, the other constantly being on their minds, they always will go crawling back to eachother and there's just something about the deep true love they have for eachoter, platonic or not, it just makes me love them with my whole heart. they really are just eachothers true partners for life (im probably being biased rn BUT GIRL THIS IS MY WEBSITE WHY AM I APOLOGIZING LET ME SHUT UP.) like they're save to win win to save, they just compliment eachother so well and i believe no one could truly rival the bond they have with one another they make me so ill they've been in my my mind for like six years and i cannot get them out HELPD ME

okay they litterally make me so sick in my head because i know in my heart they're canon. like no hate to any other ships just the way they look at eachother like they're so stupidly in love?!?! if you think theyre just friends you can think that i guess that's fine but if u have the "people can never let guys be casual friends why does everything have to be gay" mindset then.. i think you're in enemy territory twin... just felt the toxic bkdk stan in me peek out a little dont mind that ... anyways!!! like literally the way katsuki thinks abt the river scene every day of his damn life like twin is going thru it!!! and when izuku lost his quirk. bro. "I guess I thought... we'd be competing... and I'd be on your heels... for the rest... of our... lives..."
